Vet visits

The trip to the vet is rarely the hard part — getting home again with a sedated or sore animal is. Our driver waits while you’re inside, so the same car takes you both ways. From ₹499.

How a vet trip works

  1. Book with the clinic address. Add the appointment time so we build in a buffer rather than cutting it fine.

  2. We wait. First 10 minutes free, then ₹150 per 30 minutes. The driver stays with the car and the AC on.

  3. Home again, calmly. Post-procedure animals go home in the same harness or crate, with the route driven gently.

Fares shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at 18%.

Tell us before we arrive

  • Whether your pet has been sedated or is coming out of anaesthesia — we drive differently.
  • Whether there is a wound, drain or cone, so the harness is fitted around it.
  • Whether your pet is reactive to strangers, so the driver keeps their distance and lets you load.
  • Your vet’s name and number, which we keep on the trip sheet in case something changes en route.

Common questions

Does the driver wait during the appointment?
Yes. The first 10 minutes are free, then waiting is ₹150 per 30 minutes. You are not paying a second fare for the trip home.
Can you take my pet to the vet if I can't come?
Yes. Share the clinic name, the appointment time and your vet's number when booking. We hand your pet over to a person at the clinic, and message you when it's done.
What about an emergency?
Call or WhatsApp us rather than booking online — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you faster than a regular cab. For a genuine emergency, the nearest clinic beats the right clinic.
