- How far ahead should I book an airport transfer?
- At least 24 hours before the flight, and earlier if your pet is flying as cargo — cargo check-in opens well before passenger check-in and the window is unforgiving.
- Do you handle the airline paperwork?
- No. We handle the road journey and secure the crate. Your airline sets the crate specification, health certificate and booking rules, and those have to be arranged with them directly.
- Are airport entry fees included?
- No. Airport entry fees and tolls are charged at actuals and notified to you before the trip, never added silently afterwards.
