Grooming & boarding
Drop-off and pick-up, both ways, from ₹499. The salon slot is usually the fixed point in the day — we plan the trip backwards from it rather than hoping the traffic behaves.
How we handle a handover
- We hand your pet to a named person at the salon or kennel, and get a confirmation back to you.
- Leads, carriers and anything you send along come back with the animal — we photograph what we hand over.
- For boarding drop-offs, send the vaccination record with your pet; most facilities will not admit without it.
- We never leave an animal tied up or waiting outside a closed facility. If nobody is there, your pet comes home with us and we call you.

Common questions
- Can you book both the drop-off and the pick-up?
- Yes — book them as two trips and tell us they belong together. If the salon runs late, message us and we move the return rather than charging a cancellation.
- Will the groomer hand my pet over to your driver?
- Only if you have told them to. Give the salon our driver's name in advance, or add a password to your booking notes — no reputable groomer should release an animal to an unannounced stranger.
- My dog comes out of grooming damp. Is that a problem?
- No. We carry a mat and a towel for the seat, and we turn the AC down for a damp coat rather than leaving it on full.
