- Tolls and airport entry. At actuals, told to you before the trip.
- Trips over 50 km. Quoted individually, with a reply on the same working day.
- Cancellation. Free more than 2 hours before pickup; see the refund policy for the full table.
What we don't charge: no surge, no night fee, no rain fee, no card fee, no fuel surcharge, and no charge for the harness or a carrier. If a line item is not on this page, it will not be on your bill.
Common questions
- Is there surge pricing?
- No. The fare depends on distance only. Peak hours, rain and festival days are charged exactly the same as a Tuesday morning.
- Are tolls included?
- No. Tolls and airport entry fees are charged at actuals and told to you before the trip begins. Everything else is in the fare.
- What if the actual route is longer than estimated?
- If the real route falls into a different distance tier we tell you before the trip starts, and you can decide then. We do not adjust a fare after the fact.
