Dog transport in Mumbai
Dogs travel in a safety harness clipped to the seatbelt, sized to the animal. Drivers know how to approach an anxious or reactive dog at pickup — and what not to do. For large breeds we fold the rear seats and lay a mat, so there is room to lie down rather than brace against every turn.
Cat and small animal transport
Cats and small animals travel in a carrier secured to the seat. We can provide a carrier on request — mention it when booking. The car is cooled before the carrier goes in, because a cat that overheats in the first two minutes stays stressed for the whole trip.

Common questions
Do pet taxis have safety harnesses?
Yes. Every Kyvoz car carries harnesses in multiple sizes, clipped to the seatbelt. Crates are available on request and are secured in place — never loose in the boot.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes, and most people do. Tell us when booking so we keep a seat free. If you would rather not travel, we hand over to a named person at the other end and send updates on WhatsApp.
What if my dog is anxious or reactive?
Say so in the booking notes. Drivers are briefed on approaching anxious and reactive animals, and will let you do the loading yourself if that is calmer for your dog.
